SOCIAL AND POLITICAL AND CULTURAL UPHEAVAL:
The world has radically changed since the turn of this century,2000. The changes alone since 2010 have been staggering. We are clearly in a season of upheaval and change. The fast-paced changes sweeping society today have been somewhat unexpected in their velocity but are the beginning of a great spiritual revolution! Many of us have been caught off guard, but that’s ok; we are catching on to the new things!
We read in Romans 8 that even creation is groaning for God’s promises to occur: “We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time.”
JESUS TAUGHT US ABOUT THE ESCALATION OF WORLD EVENTS:
In Matt 24 5-13 (Mark 8:9-15), we read: “You will hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that you are not frightened, for those things must occur, but that is not yet the end. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs.”
Birth pangs is the word “odin” and means- “sorrows”! It means the beginning of labour, as in childbirth.
ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES, ALL THESE THINGS MUST TAKE PLACE:
Many being offended
Hating others and betraying others
The rise of false prophets
Earthquakes and floods
Famine and refugees fleeing
Wars and rumours of wars
An increase in powerful witchcraft (e.g., the new rise of political dictators)
Many of these things will increase but at the same time, so will the groans of the Spirit from within God’s children.
CHURCH- IT’S TIME TO WAKE UP AND GET IMMUNIZED AND INOCULATED FROM THE FEAR THAT WILL COME.
IT IS TIME TO GET READY AS MANY INTENSE WAVES OF “LABOUR” ARE COMING ON THE EARTH.
Many have said: “GOD MOVED ON FROM THE CHURCH” Or “We are no longer in the church age – we are now in the Kingdom age.”
This is not true. At the end of the age, JESUS MARRIES HIS BRIDE (THE CHURCH), who is prepared in this age to meet Him in a cleansed state! (see Ephesians 5:27)
GOD IS WORKING WITH HIS CHURCH, THOUGH IT MAY NOT ALWAYS SEEM IT.
He is getting her ready, and we can trust Him to reveal His plans to the church, through the church and in partnership with the church!
HERE ARE 10 KEY THINGS THAT WE WILL SEE AN INCREASE OF IN THIS YEAR:
1. The House of Prayer is rising and filling up across the nations. This is God, and it will help generate great empowerment and sensitivity for believers when running in tandem with the local church.
2. Ascending worship will increase to such intensity and joy that it helps dismantle principalities and powers over cities and regions. We have seen this happen, and it will happen even more.
3. Leaders will become mystics instead of just managers. Value for the presence of God is increasing and becoming the essential value of all our leaders.
4. Wild evangelists on the streets will lead people to the Lord with much care and empathy. They are fearless and have authority and move in the gifts of healing. It will be like the Salvation Army (of old), who were feeding people experiencing poverty and bringing the lost home all at once.
5. Seminaries and small theological schools with strong teaching anointings will arise everywhere! The gnostic stream is trying to get people away from the church; God, however, is constantly moving His saints to connect and relate with the local church, so we must train, equip, and keep building safe churches.
6. As a result, radical/hot disciples will grow up and walk in total authority over infirmity as they grow and mature. They will discern the realm of demonic witchcraft easily. We will start to see mental health issues being healed way more frequently.
7. Heart healers (I call them heart prophets) will move in a supernatural authority to heal trauma, and secular therapists will begin to listen to how God can heal the human heart of deep fear-based issues and overwhelming trauma. Many churches will build transformational prayer teams to keep up with this need.
8. Seers will arise from within many streams and churches and bring increased revelation knowledge. As things intensify, we will no longer be able to advance based on natural information, but a season is coming where we will only be able to move forward based on God’s intel and prophetic intelligence.
9. Children will be given assignments in the Spirit and will have encounters and move in signs and wonders. I see a move in Asia and the South Pacific regions. God is about to move intensely on children.
10. The dignity and royalty of the church is being restored via a fresh wave of the sonship anointing coming on this generation. Sons and daughters who are so secure in the accepting and forgiving love of the Father and who are not led by fear, comparison, or anxiety. They know who they are and what their assignment is!
As a result of all this, we will start to see the following:
1. Many salvations – many new births coming into the Kingdom. It’s going to be messy and wonderful!
2. Societal transformation in cities
3. Shifts over nations
WHAT TO DO NOW IN PREPARATION:
Deal with all strongholds.
Dismantle structures of idolatry in your heart.
Begin to perceive your assignments and find your lane for 2024.
Radical prayer is the key to the next move- get into the House of Prayer!
Break off the fruits of witchcraft: fatigue, oppression, confusion, or loss of vision.
It’s time to pray- LORD FILL ME- USE ME – SEND ME! Wake up to your most extraordinary assignments!
Those who have endured much ridicule and insults are about to enter new authority and blessings. 2024 is a year of great fruitfulness in the Kingdom, with significant advancement coming! Get ready for more, and don’t be deterred by the opposition.
