QUANTUM MENTORING COMMUNITY 2025
How will our Mentoring Program and Schools operate this year?
The big news is that we are separating our mentoring community from our online training schools this year.
We believe it will be better to offer mentoring as a stand-alone option for those who can participate at that level without requiring participation in one or both of our training streams.
Our mentoring program in 2024 was fantastic, with tremendous responses and feedback from all participants. However, we have learned how to improve it in 2025 by disengaging it from our online training schools.
Students can now enrol in the courses of their choice, and we can invest more time and focus into mentoring as an entirely separate stream!
The schools will now be run exclusively through Eventbrite and linked to the Zoom platform. Enrollment will be easy!
Our passion is to create more space and time for quality connections, as our previous model was a little too much work on the admin side, and it became challenging to cater to the mixed group, some of whom did Maria’s schools and others did Phil’s schools. Unshackling the mentoring from the training will resolve this problem and create an entirely new forum for those not doing our online training but wanting to be part of a mentoring community.
We will update you monthly with information about new courses, opportunities, and ways to connect with our growing online community.
NEW in 2025 – A Unique Tailor-Made Course for Mentoring Leaders
The mentoring community will receive its material via a video on a closed Facebook page several days before the mentoring class. All the mentees will be on this one page together. The videos will be shorter than our training schools, roughly 35-40 minutes long.
Participants can watch the material independently and then participate in a small and intimate mentoring group, where everybody will be on the same journey.
Mentoring small groups will centre around these predetermined topics (see below), although this is more of a guideline to stay on track. We are OK with the mentoring groups deviating if everyone in the group is ok with that and the Holy Spirit leads us that way! Set topics are wonderful, as they help us get to heart matters, where the real growth occurs.
We will meet once a month to discuss the targeted video content and pursue healing/prayer and prophetic ministry. One of the primary needs we identified last year was that our students need community, and we are very keen to support in this area.
Proposed Topics (please note: these topics may be adjusted throughout the year)
February: The Power of a Mentoring Culture —This month, we will have a two-hour Zoom meeting to discuss the message, introduce the course, etc.
March – Attachment Love with God and Others– move into our small groups for mentoring.
April: The Call to the House of Prayer – Small Mentoring groups
May: Apostolic Breakthrough and Spiritual Warfare– – All-in month!
June: Growing in Leadership and Learning to Walk in Authority– small group month.
July: Theological Roundtable Discussion – subject to be chosen. With an all-in time of Q and A and sharing.
August: Healing and Sonship small groups month.
September: Seasons and Timing PLUS Stewarding Prophetic Words – small groups.
October: – TOPIC to be decided later according to the need.
November: as above.
December: TOPIC An all-month meeting to share the key ideas we have learned as leaders this year.
Mentoring Small Groups
People can choose from a few categories of groups, which group they feel connected to. Here are some examples of what we are looking at so far:
>> A ‘Senior Pastors’ Group- (invitation only)
>> Prophetic Minister’s group (those who are active in this area. invitation or upon application)
>> Heart Healers and or Therapists (invitation or upon request)
>> A ‘Professionals in the Workplace’ Group
>> A ‘Learning Leadership’ Group for those new to leading.
>> Learning Discernment and Prophecy Group
>> An ‘Emerging Bible/Prophetic Teachers’ Group
>> A House of Prayer group to grow in prayer/worship culture.
ALL OF THESE OPTIONS FOR GROUPS WILL BE INTRODUCED THE NIGHT WE DO THE FIRST ALL-IN on -FEBRUARY 20th at 7 pm- AEDT (NSW)
The mentoring program will be administered through a simple application process. Once payments are received, admission will be granted.
There will be a separate Facebook thread for each individual group.
Our mentoring program costs:
$150 for the year. One month costs $10! (plus a one-off administrative fee of $50 per person to cover our administrative needs). We try to keep our courses and mentoring to an absolute minimum!
Payments can be made for the whole year or on a half-yearly basis.
We also have a FULL YEAR SUBSCRIPTION OPTION that gives the participant total access to ALL our online training and mentoring (information available on request)
Here are the choices for 2025 in QMC:
1. Do any or all of our schools by signing on via eventbrite individual tickets (emails sent with course links each month). These schools will still have prayer ministry times but will now be open to the public without applications.
2. Mentoring—a full-year mentorship in our groups is aud$150.00. there is no married price this year. Alternatively, it can be paid for six months in two advance payments.
3. FULL-YEAR MENTORSHIP AND ALL SCHOOLS ACCESS (Access to all Eventbrite codes) to ALL Phil and Maria’s training plus the mentoring platform. If you are interested, please email Jim (see below).
HOW TO ENROL
We have an application for the mentoring community so we can best help you get the most out of your mentorship. This year we have an online application form available on request.
PLEASE NOTE: Those who completed the QMC mentoring last year and wish to be mentored are automatically accepted; we just need to hear from you.

Our students in 2024 found our online training a life-changing supplement to their local church journey. Online Mentoring is a powerful adjunct to local church life but not a substitute for powerful connections on the ground in your local church. We all need to be grounded in a local community of believers!
