About Phil & Maria
Phil and Maria Mason have been married and in ministry for over 40 years and have four adult children: three sons, a daughter, and four wonderful grandsons. Phil and Maria are the senior leaders of Tribe Church, a spiritual community in the Byron Bay region of Australia which they pioneered together in 1998.
Along side leading and running Tribe Church, over the past 25 years, Phil and Maria have also established and run three ministry schools: The Deep End School, Naioth College, and Tribe Ministry School. These schools have equipped and activated hundreds of disciples of Christ in the supernatural kingdom ministry of Jesus.
In addition to training and equipping the local church, Phil and Maria travel widely throughout Australia and the nations under the banner of ‘The Heart Revolution’ and Quantum Ministries.

Phil Mason and his wife Maria, are the founders and directors of Tribe Church, located in Byron Bay region of Australia. Together, they lead The Heart Revolution, a ministry that promotes deep heart healing amongst leaders. Phil is also the founder of Christocentric Light, a ministry that reached out to the Australian New Age community.

Maria is a pastor and prophetic voice who lives to see the church become free in God’s presence. Together with her husband Phil, they pioneered Tribe Church, a community in the region of Byron Bay, Australia. Phil & Maria are the senior leaders and part of an amazing team. She speaks around Australia and other nations about church culture, relationships, leadership, prophetic ministry, worship, heart healing, and community.
