About Phil & Maria
Phil and Maria Mason have been married and in ministry for over 40 years. We have four adult children: three sons, a daughter, and four wonderful grandsons. Phil and Maria are the senior leaders of Tribe Church, a spiritual community in the Byron Bay region of Australia.
Tribe Church was pioneered by Phil and Maria in 1998. Over the past 25 years, Phil and Maria have led three ministry schools: The Deep End School, Naioth College, and Tribe Ministry School. These schools have equipped and activated hundreds of disciples of Christ in the supernatural kingdom ministry of Jesus.
In addition to training and equipping the local church, Phil and Maria travel widely throughout Australia and the nations under the banner of ‘The Heart Revolution’ and Quantum Ministries

Phil Mason and his wife Maria, are the founders and directors of Tribe Church, located in Byron Bay region of Australia. Together, they lead The Heart Revolution, a ministry that promotes deep heart healing amongst leaders. Phil is also the founder of Christocentric Light, a ministry that reached out to the Australian New Age community.

Pastor & Prophetic Voice
Maria is a pastor and prophetic voice who lives to see the church become free in God’s presence. Together with her husband Phil, they pioneered Tribe Church, a community in the region of Byron Bay, Australia. Phil & Maria are the senior leaders and part of an amazing team. She speaks around Australia and other nations about church culture, relationships, leadership, prophetic ministry, worship, heart healing, and community.

Heart Revolution Conferences & Seminars
We offer one-day intensives for leaders with topics that grow and develop leadership skills as we move towards mature sonship, healthy relationships and team dynamics.
Depending on which capital city we choose, we may add other speakers. We cover topics like:

Heart Mapping for Individuals
In 2020, Maria developed a diagnostic tool for heart awareness and healing. Heart mapping leads us to understand the culture of infilling in order to build intimacy with God. Using the Heart Mapping Booklet created by Maria Mason, a person is taken through the key ideas around our ”trauma tank” and the ”love tank” that help identify current emotional and spiritual health. We also identify trauma responses and deep needs with God. We pray into key areas or triggers and identify needs.
Heart Mapping Workshop for Teams
This is an excellent way for teams to bond, get on page with healing and go deeper together! It includes a workbook, a 3 to 4-hour workshop, or an all-day event with teaching times, discussion, prayer ministry and activations. We use the Heart Mapping Booklet for participants to allow understanding about wounding and trauma that undoubtedly affect the team culture. This workshop provides a new language for the heart journey of leaders and teams.
Leadership Development and Consulting
We provide consultation for team or core leadership teams desiring to build transformational cultures for healing and breakthrough. We also teach, activate, impart, and workshop heart culture, prayer ministry and prophetic culture.
Women’s Camps, Men’s Gatherings and Training Events
Maria is a sought-after conference speaker at women’s events, and Phil loves to minister men’s events, especially in the area of emotional health. Maria has a passion for walking women into deeper encounter with God, and Phil’s passion is seeing men feel the Father’s adoptive love. Quantum Mentoring Community
We have an online training and mentoring community of leaders with specific courses pertinent to the leadership journey. We also do group mentoring for leaders once per month. We have intakes to our schools four times yearly at the beginning of each NSW (Australian) school term. The Sonship School of Divinity runs on Tuesday evening, and the School of Prophetic Leadership runs on Wednesday evenings. Both schools run for 8-10 weeks each term. Courses can be viewed later on video if students cannot attend. We encourage attendance so the students can receive ministry and prophetic input. Please email us for our current prospectus.
